A Walk A Day Keeps The Doctor Away

Exercise! That is the magic word. That is also the good advice always given to prevent or help to sort out most health issues. So how can I not exercise? Otherwise I will feel something missing, or even 'guilty'! More so I am "jobless" and don't have any office to report to. :) .I need to do some workout to fill up my time.

So most mornings I carry out this routine: go for a morning walk.

My usual path is a track near the beach..

Usually I start at about 7 am. The surrounding maybe still dark or already bright depends on what month of the year it is. Mid year the sun rises earlier but end of year the sky would be still dark at around 7 am.

When we come out from the track.
The morning walk gang. 
The walk takes about 1 hour. Usually after the walk  the regulars will gather for a casual chat and talk about anything under the sun. Exercise the leg muscles and then exercise the jaws. After that we adjourn for breakfast.

Art Is Rubbish Is Art

The popular and much-loved Lithuarian artist Ernest Zacharevic who has given Penang this:

has just added another feather to his cap for PENANG; his solo art exhibition.
This event " ART IS RUBBISH IS ART" is held in an abandoned bus depot from 17.1.2014 to 14.2.2014.

It is very amazing . The artist has used his artistic talent and creativity to turn some discarded rubbish into art pieces. The rundown place has been turned into an art studio. But it is obvious that some minor touch-up has been done to the venue and some structures are recently added. Like this roof structure, fittings and the floorboard. I think the Penang state government is sponsoring this event. Admission is FREE !
